CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Terms
- Before 30 Sep 2026: 75% refund (25% admin fee deducted)
- 1 Oct – 30 Nov 2026: 50% refund
- 1 Dec 2026 – 15 Jan 2027: 25% refund
- After 15 Jan 2027: No refund — registration is transferable to another delegate
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to registration@childneurocon2027.org. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days post-conference.
